Statements
Investment details can be accessed by investors and advisers via Viento Online. Requests for copies of information can be sent to
info@vientogroup.com. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Information will only be sent to investors and their financial advisers. Other parties may request information only if specific written consent from the investor is provided at the time of request.
Changing your details
You may change your contact, bank or financial adviser details by logging onto Viento Online. Alternatively, you may send a change of details form by
email, fax or post.
Deceased Estates
In order to transfer deceased estate investments to executor or beneficiaries, please return a completed transfer form by
email, fax or post and include the death certificate and will.
Centrelink Payments
According to Centrelink, in some cases investors receiving social security benefits may be eligible for temporary exemption from the income deeming test under hardship provisions if distributions and withdrawals are suspended. To find out more, contact Centrelink on 132 300 to arrange to speak to a Centrelink Financial Information Service Officer.
Annual taxation statements are sent to investors by the end of September. Investors are encouraged to file their taxation statements in a safe place for future reference. Replacement copies may be obtained by emailing a request to
info@vientogroup.com. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Taxation statements will only be sent to investors and their financial advisers. Viento recommends that other parties who require a copy of an investor's taxation statement contact the investor (or financial adviser) directly. Third parties may obtain a copy of an investor's taxation statement only if specific written consent from the investor is provided at the time of request.
You may change your contact details, transfer units or request a withdrawal by downloading the appropriate form. Please return the completed form by
email, fax or post.
Important: Forms must be completed correctly and signed by the investor(s) or trustee(s). Incomplete or unsigned forms will result in administration delays.

Unlisted Property Schemes – improving disclosure for retail investors
The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) issued the Regulatory Guide 46 (RG 46) in September 2008. The Guide sets out eight disclosure principles which responsible entities must address for unlisted property schemes with retail investors. The aim of the Guide is to provide improved disclosure to retail investors.
