Product Overview

The Première Property Syndicate originally comprised the Millennium Cinema and Entertainment Complex in Fremantle, WA and the Rockingham Cinema Complex in Rockingham, WA.

The Syndicate was due to mature in May 2011 and, as part of the selldown strategy, the Rockingham Cinema Complex has been sold.

The Millennium Cinema complex includes four cinema theatres, two restaurants, a café as well as undercover parking and is currently on the market.
