Damian Wright, CFO

Damian is responsible for the company secretarial services and the accounting functions for the group, syndications and investment funds as well as unit pricing, performance reporting and taxation. Damian is an accomplished financial, property and investment accountant having previously held similar roles with Trust Company, Challenger Financial Services and Toll Holdings. Damian has worked in the financial services industry for 15 years and has been a CPA for 11 years.

Kevin Murphy, Head of Property

Kevin is responsible for the performance and growth of the Viento portfolio. He has over 20 years experience in property management. Prior to joining Viento, Kevin was Divisional Director of Multiplex Capital in London where he established the UK Funds Management business. In particular, Kevin was a key member of the team responsible for originating the Multiplex European Property Fund, an ASX-listed fund with over $600 million in assets. Kevin was previously the Syndicate Funds Manager for a large ASX-listed property group with over $3.3 billion under management.

Georgina Dowsley, Asset Manager

Georgina is jointly responsible for the management of Viento’s property portfolio. Georgina has nine years property asset management experience and holds a Bachelor of Business in Property. Prior to joining Viento in 2005 she spent three years working for a major construction and property group in the United Kingdom and previously held positions in retail and shopping centre management with Jones Lang LaSalle.

Simon Knobel, Asset Manager

Simon is jointly responsible for the management of Viento’s property portfolio. Prior to joining Viento in 2005 Simon held a position in policy and research at the Australian Direct Property Investment Association (ADPIA). He has completed a Bachelor of Business in Property and has a real estate Agent's Representative Certificate.

Jane Wilson, Head of Marketing

Jane is responsible for managing the marketing communications and client services at Viento. She has over 15 years financial services experience in corporate communications, equities and industry research, counterparty credit risk and portfolio management at Merrill Lynch, UBS Wealth Management, JP Morgan and ANZ Bank. Prior to joining Viento in 2009, Jane consulted to Russell Investments and Australia Post on corporate communications projects.

Lydia Kypros, Client Services Manager

Lydia manages the relationships between the company and its investors and financial advisers. She is responsible for regular communications including distributions, commissions and the production of Viento Insider News. Lydia is RG 146 qualified and has recently completed a Diploma of Financial Planning. She is currently studying for an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.
