Rob Nichevich, Executive Chairman

Rob is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive financial management experience and has been responsible for establishing the company in the property funds management industry since 2001.



 

Raymond King, Non-Executive Director 

  • Appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 29 November 2007

Ray has 16 years experience in the financial services industry in a range of investment advisory roles and a further 20 years in senior economist roles with various public sector entities. He is the founder and managing director of Sovereign Investment Research, providing specialist investment advice and management consultancy services to institutional investors. Prior to this role, Ray was manager of asset consulting services at Towers Perrin before moving to Head of Wholesale Business at Industry Fund Services.


Gordon Young, Non-Executive Director
C.A,  B.Compt (Hons.)

  • Appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 27 November 2009

    Gordon is the most recent addition to the Viento board of directors. He brings over 15 years experience in commercial property and investment management and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Previously, he held a number of senior roles including Head of Property at UniSuper and Director, Structured Property Finance at nabCapital. Gordon founded BellRock Investments Ltd, a funds management company managing listed and unlisted property investment vehicles.
