Viento Property Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Viento Group Limited was established in 2009. This subsidiary is licensed to provide leasing, project management and property development services for the group's projects. This capability has enabled the group to bring property management services in-house for selected assets, helping to improve the performance of these assets.
